Prices subject to change
For articles in stainless steel versions, we reserve the right to change prices in the event of any alloy surcharges. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge and adjust a raw material surcharge for all articles. The currently valid raw material and alloy surcharges can be found at www.pfeifer.info.
Prices
All prices are ex works, plus the alloy or raw material surcharges valid on the day of delivery and the statutory VAT.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value for small orders is € 200.00 net. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee if the mini-mum order value is not reached.
Reservation of acceptance
Acceptance of orders for listed products is generally subject to the availability of the goods.

Packing
Normal packaging is included in the price. Euro pallets and mesh boxes will be charged for unless exchanged. Subject to technical changes, special agree-ments and errors.

Shipping – road carriage
Packages up to a weight of 30 kg and a maximum length of 1.5 m are sent by parcel service. Shipments exceeding 30 kg or longer than a max. length of 1.5 m will be dispatched by a freight company. Air freight and sea freight upon agreement.

Additional costs for express or deadline shipments will be charged according to expenditure and are possible up to a maximum of 2.5 meters. All prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.
1) The stated costs apply exclusively to deliveries within Germany.
2) All data are valid with reference to the transport index of the Federal Statistical Office valid on 01.03.2024. In case of deviations of more than 15%, we reserve the right to adjust the conditions both positively and negatively.
Returns
A material return is only possible after prior agreement. In principle, a handling fee of 25% of the net value of the goods will be deducted, but at least € 50.00. The goods must be returned at the customer's expense. Custom-made products are excluded from return.
To speed up processing, please enclose a copy of the delivery bill or request a return bill from us.
