3.For the installation it is sufficient to tighten the bolt-on swivel manually using a suitable tool (e.g. open-ended spanner conforming to DIN 895 or DIN 894).
4.Bolt-on swivel must be tightened so that it is fully contacting the support surface. Then check that the upper part rotates freely and easily.
